This is the ultimate package for a couple planning a complete, multi-day destination wedding. This package is designed to assist in every aspect of your wedding, including all wedding events: from the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and post wedding brunch (or bridal luncheon). Our staff will make sure every aspect of your wedding in the Outer Banks is planned flawlessly. This package includes all coordination listed below.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination:

• Work with the host of the rehearsal dinner to set a budget, find a venue, coordinate, set up and decorate the event for up to 4 hours the day of (includes travel time).

Wedding Coordination:

• Finding that perfect venue for your ceremony and reception
• Designing your wedding from invitations to décor
• Online RSVP tracking
• Daily contact with your planner via phone or email
• Discussing your wedding budget and providing a working document to manage it
• We will provide all vendor referrals and will attend all vendor meetings
• Review and manage all contracts with booked vendors for all three events
• Ongoing coordination and constant communication with your vendors
• Ceremony and reception layouts as well as a setup schedule and wedding day timeline
• Setup of all approved décor including favors, lights, candles, etc.
• Supervision of all vendors when setting up the day of your wedding
• Rehearsal walkthrough
• Our staff will arrive the day of your wedding to coordinate the entire event including your ceremony and reception for up to 10 hours.

Brunch Coordination:

• Work with the host of the after-wedding breakfast brunch to set up a budget, find a venue, coordinate, setup and decorate the event for up to 3 hours the day of (includes travel time). *can be substituted for a pre-wedding bridal luncheon.

We will first help you define your vision and will match our local vendors with your style and budget.

If you have planned most of your wedding and just need someone to pull it all together the day of the wedding, this package below allows you to work with a Day of Coordinator for advice and will show up the day of your wedding to help you manage your day.

• We will provide a short list of vendor referrals
• Ceremony and reception layouts as well as a setup schedule and wedding day timeline
• Supervision of all vendors when setting up the day of your wedding
• Setup of all approved décor including favors, lights, candles, etc.
• Rehearsal walkthrough
• Our staff will arrive the day of your wedding to coordinate the entire event including your ceremony and reception up to 7 hours.

With this package below, we can discuss if having your wedding in the Outer Banks is the right place for your wedding. This package also allows you advice and guidance in order to see if you need a wedding planner. You can also have the option to upgrade to a larger package if needed.

• 3 hours of advice and guidance (usually one 1 hour meeting at a time) including discussing your wedding vision and budget, invitations, venue locations, and do's and don'ts of having a beach wedding
• We will provide a short list of vendor referrals

Set up and decorating services for the ceremony and reception or for your bridal suite.

• 1 hour meeting to review the needs of the client for decoration requirements
• Decoration set up for ceremony (up to 2 hours)
• Table setting arrangement, place card settings, escort card table set up, favor set up, cake table set up centerpiece arrangements and set up, table arrangement for good event flow for your reception (up to 2 hours).

If you wish to elope or have a small ceremony in the Outer Banks.

• Must be under 10 people attending the ceremony only
• 3 hours of advice and guidance (usually one 1 hour meeting at a time) to discuss your design concept and budget
• We will provide a short list of vendor referrals
• Vendor coordination for an officiant, music for the ceremony, cake, flowers, accommodations, photographer and videographer, and chairs for the ceremony.
• Coordinate the days events (decorate, set up and ceremony procession) up to 4 hours.
• Coordinate a restaurant reservation to proceed the event
  

For the perfect proposal.

• 3 hours of advice and guidance (usually one 1 hour meeting at a time) including discussing your vision and budget, and locations.
• Assist in planning and coordinating a fantastic proposal she'll never forget
• Decorating services - up to 1 hour
• Vendor coordination for music, cake, flowers, accommodations, photographerand videographer.
• Coordinate the days events (decorate, set up)
• Coordinate a restaurant reservation to proceed the event, or set up a romantic dinner for two.
