Do you just need a planner to come, setup and coordinate your ceremony and reception? This is the basic package for having a planner there to keep things together the day of the wedding and to make sure everything you have planned, happens.

For the couple who wishes to elope or have a small ceremony in the Outer Banks.

• Must be under 15 people attending the ceremony only
• 3 Progress Meetings (over the phone, in person, or via email – 1 hour each)
• Etiquette and General Wedding Guidance
• Budget Development
• Service Provider Referrals (3 per category)
• Vendor coordination for an officiant, music for the ceremony, cake, flowers, accommodations, photographer and videographer, and chairs for the ceremony.
• Coordinate the days events (decorate, set up and ceremony procession) up to 4 hours.
• Coordinate a restaurant reservation to proceed the event
  

For the couple who wishes to plan the entire wedding themselves or to have a starting off point. With this service, you get the expertise and resources of a Professional Wedding Planner and have the option to upgrade to a larger package if needed.

Set up and decorating services for the ceremony and reception or for your bridal suite.

• 1 Progress Meeting (over the phone, in person, or via email – 1 hour) to review the needs of the client for decoration requirements.
• Decoration set up for ceremony (up to 2 hours).
• Table setting arrangement, place card settings, escort card table set up, favor set up, cake table set up centerpiece arrangements and set up, table arrangement for good event flow for your reception (up to 2 hours).

Hourly coordinator:

• $75/hr Monday – Thursday (2 hour minimum)
• $125/hr Friday – Sunday (3 hour minimum)

Rehearsal only:

• $175 for 2 hours
