Event Director Package
We can coordinate all aspects of your event, from design conception to executing all of the details. View Details
Event Consultation Package
For the company or group who wishes to plan the entire Event themselves or to have a starting off point. With this service, you get the expertise and resources of a Professional Event Planner and have the option to upgrade to a larger package if needed.
- 3 Progress Meetings (over the phone, in person, or via email – 1 hour each)
- Etiquette and General Event Guidance
- Budget Development View sample
- Service Provider Referrals (3 per category)
Event Decorator Package
For the company or group who need creative set up and decorating services for the event. *all décor is provided by the client, or can be rented separately via Bordeaux Events.
- 1 Progress Meeting (over the phone, in person, or via email – 1 hour) to review the needs of the client for decoration requirements.
- Decoration set up for the Event (up to 2 hours).
- Table setting arrangement, place card settings, centerpiece arrangements and set up, table arrangement for good event flow for your reception (up to 2 hours).
